Return Policy

We do not accept returns. Please double check your order before you check out.

However, if the frame/print/card was damaged in the shipping process contact us at katedesignsstuff@gmail.com with photographic evidence within one week of receiving your order and we will do our best to work something out with you (this will be on a case to case basis).

Shipping

I ship through the United States Postal Service. Please allow between 3-7 days for shipping  (depending on your distance from Detroit, Michigan). All orders will come with a tracking number, please reach out to me if you do not receive one.

At this time I do not have express shipping but is something I am looking into in the future.
